Return Statement

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped. Please note that if the item is made-to-measure you may only be able to cancel the order before it is shipped provided that the garment hasn't been put into production yet. There is no right to cancel goods that are made to the customer's own specification, be made to measure.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days.

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred (UK ONLY). However, delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Loss or damage experienced in transit would also fall under the customers liability.

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Please email us at [email protected] to notify us of our return, at which point you will be provided with a details on how to return your item.

FAULTY ITEM

If the item you received is faulty, please email us on [email protected], quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. Also please let us know if you require a refund or a replacement. We will then send further instructions on how to return your item. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

WRONG ITEM

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email us on [email protected], quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the item you received and we will send further instruction on how to return your item.

*Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with tags and with any enclosed documentation.Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Store credit or exchange only.
